Seven Coves is a deed restricted residential community that was incorporated in 1972 with 816 home sites spanning an area of 72 acres. Currently, there are 618 homes with many under construction. Seven Coves residents enjoy many amenities including a marina with 288 slips, a clubhouse with a breathtaking view, a sparkling swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and park areas with playground equipment. In addition, Seven Coves has its own Courtesy Patrol and curbed streets with underground storm sewers.
Seven Coves is located off of I45, North of Houston, exit FM 830 West. We are nestled at the end of FM 830 and right on Lake Conroe.

It's a nice relaxing Neighborhood with Great Views of the Lake! There's the Wave Restaurant and Bar on the Lake. You can just drive up with your boat and park! Pool Accessible if you Dine. There's The Landing at Seven Coves and Boat, Jet Ski Rentals.
It was FANTASTIC!!! Went there for my 50th Class Reunion. It was wonderful to see clasmates that I haven't seen in years! Had a really good time!!!

The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, beds were comfortable, the view of the lake was wonderful. You can fish from your balcony if you like. The pool was also clean with the water temperature comfortable. Shopping was a short drive away.
The place is clean and has a activities director has a few weekly activities.This is a place we enjoy coming to every year. It is great to be right on the water and enjoy watching the duck and the boating activity.
