At Seven Coves, we understand that every boater has unique requirements. Be it residents or guests from afar, our rental packages are meticulously designed to cater to all. Lake Conroe Sailing Association

Payment Terms

Leases run the calendar year and renew January 1st.

Annually: the rate will be prorated from the date you sign the lease through December 31st.
Monthly: 1) first and last month’s rent due at the time of signing lease.
2) set up autopayment drawn from a bank account. 

Key Cards: The first dock access card is free, and additional access cards are only $10/each. 

Insurance: Renter must provide proof of current boat insurance with $100,000.00 liability coverage and Texas registration number for the watercraft at time of signing lease.

Utilities: All slips include water and electric access and a single storage locker.
